Passenger assistance:
The Information Desk, in the Main Terminal Building, is open 24 hours a day for passenger enquiries. Messages for passengers may be left on a board nearby. Fax and photocopying services are available for a small charge.
First Aid:
A well-equipped first aid room is available for use by passengers needing privacy for treatment. Requests for first aid should be made to the information desk.
Chaplaincy:
Whether you are working, travelling or just visiting Nottingham East Midlands Airport, the Airport chaplaincy will make themselves available as the need arises.
Whilst as yet there is no specific room in the Airport set aside for prayer and counsel, advice is always available on request.
The five chaplains represent all of the Christian churches in the area and do not set out to be advocates of any one denomination.
